![]() ![]() NxT administrators can use the Company Settings tab in the Configure App to change their caller ID.Ĭlassic administrators can use the Control Panel to change their caller ID by doing the following: If you are using the iPhone or Android mobile apps, navigate to the settings within the app and set your outbound caller ID to any of the phone numbers in your account.Your outbound caller ID is the phone number or name that people see when you call them. Note that this setting can take up to 30 days to be included in all databases. Cell phone providers generally do not use this database for their caller ID name services. Typically, landline carriers subscribe to the National Caller ID Name database, so when you call people who use those carriers, they will see the caller ID name that you’ve set. Note: If Publish this number in the National Caller ID Name database is checked, the name that you set will be published to that database. Scroll down to Caller ID Name and enter the name (15 characters max.) that you want to display as your caller ID.Click Edit for the phone number that you want to edit.Mouse over Configure and select Manage Numbers. ![]()
